TAT

I'm really pretty angry right now, but I will try not to be as nasty as I want to be.

I've been doing this for a while. I know how things work. when I am beginning to run out of supplies, I know how much time I have to get it ordered and delivered to me before I totally run out. Lately, this little formula of mine has been turned on its ear. 3 (yes 3) of my suppliers have decided getting things out just isn't very important, apparently. As a result, I am completely out of some really MAJOR supplies, which has now pushed my turnaround time to a week. I have so many outstanding orders right now, that when the supplies do come in, I will be looking at pulling at least one all-nighter to catch up.

I had to do something I hate doing today, which is email a bunch of people and tell them their orders are going to be late. I'm really frustrated, and wanted to give everyone a heads-up. If you're still waiting for your order, this is why.

I'm really sorry.
