Please be patient

I know it's hard to be patient with me, but I am really trying to get through these outstanding orders as quickly as possible. I have run out of supplies several times and had to wait for more. The amount of orders I have received has been astronomical and overwhelming. I'm also trying to get to emails, but there have been so many, they're getting buried. Now I'm also having to tend to paypal disputes. I want everyone to rest assured I will not be ripping anyone off!!!! I promise!!!! I want everyone to get their stuff. So I'm begging everyone to be patient and please spread the word (for those who don't read the blog). Everything is getting out!

I purchased some fragances the day you announced the closing, and right away thought "well, this is going to be an interesting ride for the shop owner". The moment you say "we're closing", everything anyone has in their wishlist they'll purchase. Well, not everything, but as much as you can. Like I told you by email, I'm not in a hurry nor nervous, but I get how first time costumers may get antsy. Anyway,as with any chaotic situtation, focus on trying to go step by step, if you look into the whole thing you'll get overwhelmed.

Hi Lysa, I got my order just fine the other day, really glad I ordered a full size of Agatha smell-unsmelled, it is wonderful. I also got Barnum for my bf and he wears it every day. I noticed on FB you mentioned someone being able to order even after you closed. If you google search "the morbid the merrier" along with a product name, you can reach that product's page and even add it to your cart. Not sure if it would let someone complete checkout (I wouldn't try it of course) but I did notice it went that far. Perhaps that's how it happened, fyi.

Hi Lysa, I hope all is going alright with you. I'm patiently waiting for my order to be shipped as it has been a month and I am sad to see you go but I know you are not ripping anyone off or anything. I'll treasure your scents forever.

Are shipping emails being sent out as orders are?


Just curious, as if they are, it'll save my feet from having to run down the gravel driveway twice every day to check the mailbox. <3

Ellie: yes, they are! At least I got mine a few days ago. So, no worries, I think you'll get it when your stuff is shipped.

So sad, but I understand your dilemma. I had ordered a sample vial on Etsy of your Edgar fragrance oil for my husband, and he loved it. Was just on there looking to order more, and saw you were gone... :(

Hello,
I have tried sending emails to you (two so far) about my order since I will be moving to a new apartment at the end of this week and when I had ordered, I was living at my old apartment. I am not sure how secure mail forwarding is and whether they will forward everything and would very much prefer that my order be sent to my new apartment.
Please try and respond to me as soon as you can. I am getting worried about this.

I am trying this as my final attempt to reach you as I am afraid if I do not hear from you, I will unfortunately have to contact PayPal regarding my order since I placed it April 3rd and have not heard from you since April 25th, and it is now June 1st. I hope you understand why I, as a customer, will eventually have to take that route since my order was fairly substantial.

I've sent you 4 emails, through various delivery methods, and haven't heard back from any of them as of yet. Please provide your customers an update as we've waited more than patiently.

I also have sent Lysa several e-mails and have received no response. I placed 2 orders on March 30th and April 3rd. I just want to know if I can actually expect to ever receive my orders or if I should go ahead and seek a refund. :(

Judging by the Facebook page, and some other sites I've seen, most people have never gotten a response from her, jay bear.

I know I haven't gotten one, and I ordered April 3, too. D:

Any news as to when those of us with outstanding orders can expect then? I know we all ordered around the same time and most of us are still waiting...yet some people have received their orders...thinking I might have to contact pay pal

Ok so I'm one of the lucky ones wo got her order and at this point feels very guilty about it reading the comments. It was small (2x 5ml and 3 samples) so I don't know if it has something to do with that. Lisa answered my second email and sent another one about the shipping.
That was, I think, around 3 months ago. So even though I really liked TMTM, I think by this point if you haven't got an answer to any emails nor any information, you should definitely contact PayPal and do as you must. Loyalty only goes so far before becoming blindness. Good luck to all of you.

So sad... I've never found any sort of fragrance that I can wear without having an allergic reaction to it and being miserable... Your Maximo scent was the best thing I've ever smelled. I'm so bummed.

I still have not heard a single word about my $47 order.
It's getting close to 5 and a half months since the store closed, and most of us ordered.


I've left you emails and messages, and have not heard a single thing back.


Has anyone else managed to receive anything, whether it be a response, refund or package? :(

I still have heard nothing on my $96 order. I think we got ripped off, which makes me not only feel hurt but disappointed. I was so looking forward to these scents, and a couple were presents for other people. I guess you just have to be careful these days.

I've left numerous emails and messages and haven't heard anything either. This was a fairly pricy lesson in trusting strangers over the internet. Which sucks, because Lysa has been a great seller to me in the past. Lysa, if you're still reading this, please give us our money back if you're not going to keep your promises.

I'm confused how it would bankrupt you. I am not judging I'm just trying to understand

So 4 people pay you a total of $350 and they file claims to get their $350 back wouldn't that leave you where you started? How would it bankrupt you and cause you to lose your car and home? Shouldn't you just refund what was paid and walk away? Honestly I'd like to know where it went wrong as that part wasn't clear in your latest post. I was a long time customer and I feel awful you're suffering but I can't see how it happened. There are lots of posts on here just asking you to contact them but none have replies. That would be the first place to start.

I'm very disappointed. I went through emailing them with my product receipt and all that jazz, like their blog post asked. I haven't received any sort of response in months now, and no order or no refund.

Same here--detailed info, no response whatsoever. I am not expecting to see a refund, but at least some acknowledgement that it was even received would have been better than this.
